Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
Brownie Batter
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and eggs. Mix until smooth. Add cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined.
Layering
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Layer with cookie dough, then pour remaining brownie batter on top. Sprinkle chocolate chips.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly gooey. Cool for 15 minutes before cutting into squares.
Serving
- Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with ice cream or caramel sauce.
