Making Black Pepper
- For black pepper, take whole black peppercorns and grind them using a mortar and pestle or spice grinder to your desired coarseness.
Making White Pepper
- Soak ripe white peppercorns in water for 24 hours, then rub to remove the outer skin, rinse, dry, and grind to a fine consistency.
